Cave de Labastide offers a complete range of products available in A.O.C. Gaillac and Vin de Pays des Côtes du Tarn red, white and rosé.
A range embracing the 7 wines from the Gaillac vineyards : dry and sweet white, perlé, sparkling, red, rosé and primeur .
Truly a creator of legendary wines, Labastide is notably the inventor of the emblematic wine of the appellation, - Gaillac Perlé – the result of natural and innovative winemaking techniques.
Quality Standards
Since 2002, the Cave de Labastide has undertaken a programme of quality control.
This system is today based on:
- AgriConfiance Certification which attests to the respect of mutual engagements made between the growers and the Cave
- ISO 9001 / V2008 Certification which controls all activities and ensures that client requirements are met.
- HACCP implementation and risk prevention to guarantee health and safety standards across the entire production process.
