International Rugby player, considered as one of the best 3/4 centres, has put his signature on four of the wines from the Cave since 2006.  He’s practically one of the family, since, as a local boy and farmer’s son he undertook his internship at the Cave in the course of his professional agricultural studies.  The human qualities that he embodies correspond absolutely to the image of the Cave.
