The vineyard of Guillaume FAVAREL spreads across 27 hectares at the foot of the mediaeval city of Cordes-sur-Ciel in the Tarn.
Having inherited his ancestors’ skills, this vigneron perpetuates the vine culture of traditional Gaillac grape varieties and is fully committed to respecting the environment.
