The Gaillac Method
The grapes are entirely hand-picked from a single variety : Mauzac
This is one of the seven traditional wines from Gaillac with a great future ahead of it.
Made only from Mauzac grapes harvested manually, the wines made using the Gaillac Method (begun 200 years before the Champagne method) are well balanced with marked fruit characters.
A superb pale yellow with greenish highlights, this association of brilliance and limpidity with a chain of fine bubbles has celebration in mind. The nose is delicate, hinting at white flowers and citrus fruits and the palate delicious, fresh and complex, underlined by myriad bubbles.
