It is the key idea in creating a cooperative to group the means of the cooperators in order to get the possibility to reach altogether the highest levels of excellence. Because the means are there, things we could not do, everyone of us alone, become possible…

Being held by 300 cooperators, representing 1500 hectares of vineyards, the Cave de Labastide de Levis can bring more to its customers, in the wine making technologies, quality control, as well as distribution and on-field presence, near its customers. And many other improvements…

• We have been able to invest 5 Million Euros over the 1999-2003 time period to strengthen our means and tools for grapes selection, wine making (barrels, …), bottling and expedition.
• We put into place a quality staff and organisation, leading to ISO and Agriconfiance® certification and the ability to trace our products from bottle to parcels of land.
• We have also been able to settle a commercial organisation, close tour customers, inFrance and abroad.
• Last but not least, we are able to offer high volumes for our most wanted products (Gaillac Perlé, Vins de pays des cotes du Tarn, AOC Gaillac “tradition”).
