90s, our Winery did enter a global quality process, aiming
at a full monitoring of the wine production : vineyards &
grapes production, wine making, bottling, logistics & distribution.

Vineyards
& grapes production, Agriconfiance® certified
Our winery has been certified in 2002 compliant to Agriconfiance®
specification. This specification has been developed by the French
Confédération Française des Coopératives
Agricoles. All the grapes growers partners with our winery
are committed to a list of requirements to allow us meet the Agriconfiance®
specification. This includes environmental requirements (at this
moment limited to AOC Appellation dOrigine Contrôlée
wines).
Wine making HACCP methods
We have implemented HACCP methods in our production process in
order to make it as secure and sane as possible. This guarantees
our customers a healthy product.
Bottling is certified compliant to ISO 9002
Bottling is a key step to deliver a quality wine, whatever level
in the range it has. This is why it was our first step in the
ISO Process. We obtained the certification in 2003..
Product tracking
As our process in from end to end under quality process control,
we are able to track back, from any bottle in the hands of an
end customer to the wine expedition, wine bottling, wine making
phases and also to the grapes and up to the parcels of land the
grapes came from.

In order
to have all the process under winery management certified by ISO,
we decided after the ISO 9002 step, to enter into a global ISO
9001/2000 certification process. We are in this process now and
we built in the past years the quality procedures to allow us
meet these new requirements. Audit is coming soon
