Visit our Labastide de Lévis Cellars at your own pace.
We suggest you begin with the harvest receiving area where machines
monitor grape quality and weigh the newly harvested grapes.
In the vat room, follow the trail of white wines as they are piped
through to the presses to separate out the juice. The operation
is different for red and rose wines.
Take a look at our bottling line and take a stroll among the barrels
and casks in our storage cellar. To finish your visit, direct
your steps to the wine-tasting room before stopping in to see
our boutique.
